In a sea of movies, very few focus on Tango. This is a challenge, and we all know it. Oliver Kolker @olitango, a tango dancer, actor, writer, and director, is determined to change that by showing the “tango we all love” to a wider audience.

Do you remember “Fermín, Glories of Tango” from a decade ago? That’s Oliver’s first movie with support from the Tango community worldwide.

꧁Tango Con*Fusión꧂, an all-female dance company, celebrated its 20th anniversary last Sunday, January 28, 2024 at @thetangodome in Oakland, and many former TCF dancers joined the reunion party!🎊

It used to “take two to tango,” but since 2004 the women of Tango Con*Fusión bend the gender-related customs of Argentine Tango, this century-old dance. As artists they explore the idiom of Argentine Tango beyond its traditional boundaries.
